A ride-sharing and parcel app for Argentina. Drivers publish trips, passengers book seats or send packages, and everything is paid in-app.

I designed and built all of it: the Flutter app for iOS and Android, a FastAPI backend on PostgreSQL, the landing page and the admin tools.

  • Mercado Pago payments with webhooks and automatic refunds
  • Identity verification (email, phone, Nosis and ID photo) required to book or publish

Resident Concierge

Gilson Housing Partners · Lead mobile developer · 2025 — present

One app for residents of many US public Housing Authorities. They use it for work orders, inspections, annual recertification, chat with staff and community events.

I'm the main developer of the Flutter app (formerly iResident). I built most of its major modules and the backend endpoints they need in GCCS and the Concierge services.

  • Recertification wizard: household, income, assets and expenses, plus documents and a legal signature. It generates each Housing Authority's official PDF packet.
  • Live inspector tracking with ETA, shown as Live Activities / Dynamic Island on iOS and live notifications on Android
  • Real-time chats on Firestore: support bot with human handoff, inspector, community and specialist chats
  • Hybrid auth (GCCS token → Concierge JWT) and Luma, an AI voice assistant for signup

The multi-tenant Django core behind every Housing Authority, with one PostgreSQL schema per client. I build much of the API that Resident Concierge uses: signup and household claims, recertification PDF packets, inspection reminders and rescheduling, Inspection Chat, SMS/push campaigns and KPI exports.

iNSPECT

The app inspectors use for NSPIRE / HQS inspections. I wasn't the lead developer, but I built its location layer: background tracking for the whole working day, day sessions synced with the backend, ETA and distance, and the Live Activities that let residents see the inspector coming.
